Square 1 Bank announced it has provided a $2 million credit facility to new client TaskEasy, an innovative SaaS platform that is changing how homeowners and rental property managers order and manage home exterior maintenance tasks. Proceeds of the credit facility will support the company's continued growth.

TaskEasy offers online tools for buying, managing and servicing exterior home maintenance tasks such as lawn mowing, snow clearing and holiday light installation. Founded in 2011, the services-on-demand startup connects customers and contractors, providing homeowners with the ease of online booking and contractors with real jobs instead of marketing leads. TaskEasy offers customers affordable pricing, fast online ordering and a satisfaction guarantee.

TaskEasy's chief executive officer, Ken Davis, said, "TaskEasy has already managed lawn care for customers in over 2,900 cities across the US, and we have a network of thousands of certified service contractors that rely on TaskEasy to support and grow their businesses. This partnership with Square 1 positions us to respond even more quickly to the demand we are seeing for our services."

"TaskEasy is changing the way people outsource projects around the house by connecting homeowners directly to reliable, efficient service providers," added Adam Glick, senior vice president at Square 1 Bank. "We are excited to partner with the TaskEasy team and support their commitment to building stronger communities and fueling local economies."

Square 1 Bank is a full service commercial bank dedicated exclusively to serving the financial needs of the venture capital community and entrepreneurs in all stages of growth and expansion.
