Crestmark secured a total of $5.34MM in financial solutions for eight new clients in the first half of June. The transactions are:
- A $300,000 SBA 7(a) term loan facility was provided on June 1 to an independent insurance agency in Ohio. The financing will be used for acquisition purposes.
- On June 2, a $2.2 million SBA 7(a) term loan facility was provided to a hotel portfolio management company in Connecticut. The financing will be used for acquisition and working capital purposes.
- A $250,000 accounts receivable purchase facility was provided on June 4 to a trucking company in Indiana. The financing will be used to pay off a previous lender and for working capital purposes.
- On June 5, a $340,000 SBA 7(a) term loan facility was provided to brewing company in Michigan. The financing will be used for working capital purposes.
- A $1,000,000 accounts receivable purchase facility was provided on June 5 to a trucking company in Pennsylvania. The financing will be used for working capital purposes.
- On June 8, a $250,000 accounts receivable purchase facility was provided to a trucking company in Kentucky. The financing will be used for working capital purposes.
- A $500,000 accounts receivable purchase facility was provided on June 10 to a wine and spirits importer in Texas. The financing will be used for working capital purposes.
- On June 11, a $500,000 accounts receivable purchase facility was provided to a machining services provider in Michigan. The financing will be used for working capital purposes.
