Capital One announced it has added experienced local banker David C. Hauglid to its Commercial Banking group in Dallas.
A Senior Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager, Hauglid joins the Corporate Banking team serving the financial needs of large corporations headquartered in Dallas and the North Texas area. He has 30 years of banking experience, including the past eight years in Dallas.
Hauglid previously worked for Citibank in Dallas and, before that, with Wachovia in the Capital Markets/Loan Syndications Group in Charlotte, NC.
“David brings a wealth of corporate banking experience and knowledge, and his deep understanding of the capital markets will benefit our clients,” said Kent Eastman, Capital One’s Commercial Banking Manager for Texas and Texas State President. Hauglid reports to Eastman.
A Dallas native, Hauglid graduated from University of Texas at Austin with a bachelor’s degree in economics.
