California Bank of Commerce, a San Francisco Bay Area business bank, announced Leonel Soto has joined the Bank as a Vice President and Relationship manager.

Most recently, Soto spent eight years with Focus Business Bank in San Jose, California where he was also a Vice President and Relationship Manager. “At Focus Bank, Leonel focused on middle market businesses including nonprofit and community organizations, and we’re looking forward to his continued efforts in these areas and expanding into new endeavors,” said Terry A. Peterson, President and CEO of California Bank of Commerce.
