CapX Partners is pleased to announce two new additions to its staff as the firm continues to expand their Chicago office. James Fox and Justin Wirt have joined the firm as analysts.

Fox joined CapX Partners in October 2015 and assists with investment underwriting and portfolio management. Prior to joining CapX, he was a commercial banking officer for Wintrust Financial where he underwrote leveraged and asset-based transactions and managed a portfolio of middle market clients. He also completed the bank’s credit training program. Fox graduated from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA with a B.A. in Economics and Classics. He serves on the Young Professionals Council for Misericordia.
 
Wirt joined CapX Partners in October 2015 and assists with investment underwriting and portfolio management. Prior to joining CapX, Wirt was a management consultant at Plante Moran in the business valuation group. He graduated from the University of Illinois with a Bachelor of Science and Master of Accounting Science degrees and is a CPA.
