Blue Bridge Financial, LLC announced that Brandy Corcoran Carlson has assumed the position of Vice President of Strategy & Business Development. Carlson most recently served as Managing Director of RailField Partners, where she led their strategic planning efforts and was instrumental in expanding partnerships with institutional investors.
As the newest member of Blue Bridge Financial’s management team, Carlson will be responsible for developing strategies to expand the company’s origination and distribution channels through business development, investor outreach and marketing. She will work out of the company headquarters in Reston, Virginia.

An experienced leader in strategic planning and client relations, Carlson has nearly 25 years in the development and structuring of strategic relationships, banking, finance and marketing. Ms. Carlson has previously served as Vice President of Client Relations, Customer Success and Marketing with Primatics Financial LLC, Manager of Government, Industry and Regulatory Affairs with LexisNexis and Manager of Financial Services and Solutions at BearingPoint, Inc.
Carlson holds a Master in Public Policy from Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from American University where she was a Presidential scholar and graduated with honors.
