Bridgepoint Consulting, a Texas-based finance, IT and management consulting firm, has named David Chang as Director in the firm's Houston office. Chang will help organizations realign themselves with new strategic plans, crisis management, repositioning and divestiture.

Chang has 30 years of proven experience working with stakeholders as a financial advisor, chief restructuring officer and project manager. He specializes in financial planning and management, dispute resolution, goal identification and attainment, team building, and leadership. Chang has also assisted numerous companies in navigating the complexities of recapitalization, bankruptcy, reorganization, litigation issues, M&A, due diligence, operational integration and implementation.
