US Capital Partners Inc. announced the successful initial closing of an investment facility of up to $1.25 million for CommunityLeader, Inc. (“CLI”). CLI is a Nevada-based FinTech business that offers proprietary online securities offering platforms designed to be regulatory compliant.
US Capital Partners provided the investment through its affiliate, US Capital Investment Management, LLC, which focuses on private investment and asset management. US Capital Partners specializes in direct debt and equity investments in highly promising, growth-focused lower middle market businesses.
